Two new office developments on British Land’s Broadgate campus, EC2, are leading contenders to become Visa Europe’s new regional HQ. With the lease on its headquarters at 1 Sheldon Square, W2, on British Land’s Paddington campus, ending in 2028, the financial services company has been searching for new offices of around 150,000 sq ft.

M&G Real Estate has bought two office buildings at Buckingway Business Park in Cambridge from Zurich Assurance Life. Prospect House and Carisbrooke Court, with a combined 52,053 sq ft, are expected to be redeveloped in a £20m project as part of a wider business park revamp.
