From start-ups to developers and agents to lawyers, this year’s EG Rising Stars prove, once again, that the property industry is underpinned by fresh, young talent.
Over the last six months EG has been on the look-out for the sector’s brightest stars aged 35 and under.
From those making waves within the traditional property world to others who have branched out on their own with innovative ideas and start-ups, these are the ones to watch.
Our 14 bright young things make up the shortlist for this year’s EG Rising Stars Award. The overall winner will be announced at the EG Awards ceremony on 19 September at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.
Last year’s award was won by WiredScore duo William Newton and Tom Redmayne.
