It was tight at the top of the EG Radius Leaderboard for Greater London offices in the final quarter of 2024, with JLL edging ahead of CBRE to take the honours.
In industrial, B8RE stood out for acting on more than 1.2m sq ft in the North West. While the most impressive performances in the county tables were Eddisons’ 68 deals in Cambridgeshire and 49 in West Yorkshire, and GM Brown landing 59 deals in West Scotland.
Based on transactional data shared by members of the EG Radius community, the leaderboards cover all occupier sales and lettings but exclude lease renewals and deals under NDAs at the time of publishing. Investment sales are reported separately in the table below.
