Henderson picks up shops
Henderson Global Investors has bought four shops from Redevco for £23.2m – a 7.8% yield. The properties include a Wilkinsons in Taunton, Somerset; an H&M in Portsmouth, Hampshire; and two Nexts in Middlesbrough, Yorkshire and Cambridge. Jones
