Auction House Scotland is marketing a notorious lap dancing bar in Edinburgh at its upcoming auction on 30 January.
The Liquorice Club, formerly the Fantasy Bar, on Home Street in the Tollcross area of the city, is being sold with a £300,000 guide price. It has redevelopment potential for housing or commercial use.
The former gentleman’s club was the subject of council criticism last year over suggestive silhouette images in its windows.
Covering two floors fronting a major thoroughfare, the property was recently upgraded, and is one of the city’s longest established lap dancing clubs.
The auction will take place at 200 St Vincent Street in Glasgow.
