A former council building in Headingly sold for £182,000 above guide at the Eddisons’ Leeds auction on 21 February.
Some 83 lots were offered and 63 sold, equating to a success rate of 76% at the sale, which raised £4.3m at Leeds United’s Elland Road ground.
The council building sold for £302,000 off a £120,000 guide. Meanwhile, a two-storey pub in Bradford sold for £175,000, £135,000 above guide.
