Eddisons sold 79% of lots and raised £7.9m during a run of two auctions in Manchester and Leeds.
Some 123 lots were offered and 97 sold, including six prior, during auctions held at the Premier Inn Old Trafford, Manchester and at Leeds United Football Club on 26 and 21 February respectively.
Auctioneer Tony Webber said the auctions followed on from the success of the firm’s December auction.
“Bidding over both auctions has been very strong with packed rooms and multiple bidding on most properties which we didn’t quite see this time last year so there is definitely an appetite for stock.”
