Ed Hardy inks Cardiff deal

Tattoo-inspired Los Angeles fashion brand Ed Hardy has signed for its first regional stores.

The brand, which made its UK debut at Westfield London last year, has agreed to take a 2,300 sq ft shop at Land Securities’ and Capital Shopping Centres’ St David’s Centre in Cardiff.

It will open at the end of the summer. The retailer, favoured by celebrities including Madonna, Britney Spears and Shakira, has also signed to take stores at the Bullring in Birmingham and on Buchanan Street in Glasgow.

Ed Hardy aims to have six stores in the UK by the year’s end.
