Ealing set to approve Tide’s 412-bed student scheme

Tide has secured a resolution to grant planning permission from Ealing Council for its 412-bed student accommodation scheme on Hastings Road, W13. The development will transform the underutilised retail site into a mixed-use scheme, delivering student homes with communal and commercial spaces as well as public realm enhancements. The project will be delivered using Tide’s innovative volumetric technology, which involves precision manufacturing fully fitted structural units in controlled factory conditions before assembling them on site.
