Clearbell has signed street food chain Zaap Thai at the Riverwalk shopping centre in Durham.
Clearbell Property Partners II has agreed a 3,500 sq ft letting to Zaap Thai on a 15-year lease.
The restaurant currently has branches across Leeds,
