Two new office lettings have been secured at 49 Peter Street in Manchester.
Software firm Macro 4 will occupy the 2,425 sq ft sixth floor, while estimator Microbuild will occupy the 2,705 sq ft first floor. Asking rents in the building are around £20 per sq ft.
The office building, owned by a private landlord, is arranged over seven floors with secure parking in the basement. It is close to St Peter’s Square and benefits from connectivity through the Metrolink network.
Ezra & Gil occupies the ground floor.
Oliver Luckman, surveyor at Savills, which advised the landlord, said: “49 Peter Street offers easy access to the wider leisure and retail amenities across the city centre. The building is going through some extensive improvement works and it is filling quickly.”
Following these deals, a 2,900 sq ft suite remains available on the second floor.
Luckman added: “The remaining floor is being delivered fully fitted and we look forward to announcing further positive news soon.”
