Duchy spends £50m on Prudential agricultural portfolio

The Prince of Wales is buying Prudential's agricultural portfolio for £50m for the Duchy of Cornwall.

The extra 8,903.4ha (22,000 acres) comprises 60 farms and 21 non-residential tenancies across eight counties. The largest parcels of land is in Herefordshire. Other
