Dubai-based TECOM Investments hosted an event in London this week to tempt UK firms to sign up for 2.6m sq ft of new Middle Eastern schemes.

Malek Sultan Al Malek, chief executive of the firm’s TECOM Business Parks arm, said a planned 1.6m sq ft innovation hub at Dubai Internet City, and a 1m sq ft creative centre at the Dubai District, would be ideal for UK firms.

Around 30 UK businesses from the media, technology and education sectors attended the event at the Ritz, W1, on 17 November.
