Tony Khalastchi’s firm Flodrive is marketing an Asda superstore in Gillingham, Dorset, for £8.4m – a 4.5% net initial yield.
The 26,200 sq ft Asda store includes 110 car parking spaces. It is let to Asda on a lease which has unexpired lease term of more than 24 years.
The total passing rent is £400,000 pa and is subject to five-yearly upwards-only rent reviews.
The store was formerly occupied by Focus DIY.
