Dominvs ditches 23-storey hotel as lender caution grows

London developer Dominvs has dropped plans to develop a 23-storey hotel in Hammersmith, W6, amid lender troubles in development finance. Dominvs will now seek to replace the 442-bedroom building with a 20-storey student scheme, retaining some 400 hotel rooms in
