A Belfast edge-of-city centre site has been sold to Dublin-based developer Peter Dolan for a 350,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme.
Dolan’s Jermon Developments finalised the purchase of the 1.1-acre car park on the corner of Hamilton and Victoria streets just before Easter.
