Development Securities has sold a shopping centre in Winchester, Hampshire, to AMEC Staff Pensions Trustee following a lease regear with anchor tenant Waitrose.
A price of £23.3m was agreed for the Weeke local shopping centre, reflecting a yield of 4.85%
