Development Securities has bought a mixed-use portfolio in Manchester from regional developer Citybranch for £11.1m.
The portfolio includes the Chorlton Cross Shopping Centre in Chorlton-cum-Hardy, and a smaller mixed-use asset on the Liverpool Road.
