Devonshire Property Group’s Hartington Business Park has hit full occupancy, thanks to the expansion of its existing tenant Capital Angling.
The fishing tackle company has grown its footprint on the park to 7,364 sq ft after signing a five-year lease on a second facility, measuring 2,465 sq ft, on the site. The move is expected to help the business expand its e-commerce operations.
The park is located in Staveley, north-east of Chesterfield, and is within easy access of the M1. The facility is built to a shell specification, offering flexibility. It has EV charging points, full fibre broadband, and a BREEAM Very Good rating.
Andrew Byrne, property development director at Devonshire Property Group, said: “Across Derbyshire and the East Midlands there is an acute need for quality industrial units to help support the region’s businesses in discovering new opportunities for growth.”
Adam Mayfield, property development manager at Devonshire Property Group, added: “The tenant confidence in us and the scheme is a testament to our continued investment in the area and our commitment to ensuring that the unit sizes and specifications suit a broad range of occupiers and exceed energy efficiency standards.”
