A London office leasing director who has worked with landlords and investors including Landsec, HB Reavis, Brookfield and Fore Partnership is moving to advise occupiers in a new role at DeVono.
Jack Knivett will join DeVono as a director in January. Having spent some 17 years working in the London office leasing market advising landlords, he now joins a firm focused solely on advising occupiers and joked to EG that the move sees him as “gamekeeper turned poacher”.
Knivett was most recently at Colliers, where he joined the leasing team in January 2022. He announced his departure from the firm earlier this year, noting that “the business has decided to shift strategy”.
He joined Colliers from CBRE, where he worked for almost five years, and before that spent time at BNP Paribas Real Estate and Farebrother.
