Developer works up resi play for old amusement arcade

A developer that bought an old amusement arcade in the seaside town of Hastings, East Sussex, hopes to turn the building into a  residential scheme. Oasis Developments has bought 39-41 George Street, a three-floor former amusement arcade that was
