Developer plans 40-storey Nottingham student scheme

Code Students is working up plans for a 1,546-bedroom development in Nottingham to include the city’s tallest tower. The student developer has lodged pre-application plans from Staniforth Architects for a scheme rising to 40 storeys. Victoria Works on Cairns Street
