Deutche Asset & Wealth Management, formerly RREEF Real Estate, is in talks to buy the Sauchiehall centre in Glasgow.
The 200,000 sq ft scheme is understood to be under offer for around £50m.
The Primark and TK Maxx-anchored centre includes 11 shops as well as leisure facilities, an office and a car park.
Sauchiehall Centre is being sold by Aegon UK Property Fund, which is managed by Kames Capital.
