Delancey is suing Chinese developer Greenland Group in relation to the latter’s purchase of the Ram Brewery site in London.
Delancey is claiming that Greenland has refused to pay the final £3.7m part of the £135.7m deal.
The dispute relates to an amount to be paid if Delancey was able to enhance the planning permission for the site within a 10-month period.
