Jamie Ritblats’ Delancey has bought a two-acre hotel development site next to the famous Brooklands motor racing circuit in Weybridge, Surrey.
The group has won planning for a 120-bedroom hotel on the freehold site, which was bought from DaimlerChrysler Retail.
