Deeley Freed has prelet three-quarters of its £17m leisure scheme at Kingsmead, Bath, to Odeon Cinemas, fitness group Cannons and JD Wetherspoon.
The trio has taken 60,000 sq ft (5,574 sq m) at the 80,000 sq ft (7,432 sq m)
