PRUPIM has confirmed it has leased 30,705 sq ft to Debenhams at its Withybush Shopping Park in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire.
The retailer joins Marks & Spencer, Next, Boots, Laura Ashley and Sports Direct at the park, which comprises 96,000 sq ft
