Henry Boot Developments (HBD) has netted Debenhams as anchor at its £56m Ayr Central retail scheme, in Ayr, South West Scotland.
The department store will occupy 80,500 sq ft (7,478 sq m) within the 200,000 sq ft (18,580 sq m)
