Cathay spins Woolgate deal
TPG Real Estate and Ivanhoé Cambridge have sold Woolgate Exchange, EC2, to Taiwanese insurance firm Cathay Life for £320m – a 5.1% yield. CBRE advised Cathay; Eastdil Secured represented TPG Real Estate and Ivanhoé Cambridge.
