Maidstone mall buy for L&G
Legal & General Property has purchased Broadway shopping centre in Maidstone, Kent, from CBRE Global Investors for ?£9.5m – a 7.7% yield. It comprises two large retail warehouses and seven shops, totalling 79,700 sq ft.
