Dawnay Shore Hotels (DSH) will announce today it has bought Walton Hall, a stately-home near Stratford-upon-Avon, for £15.2m and will spend another £10m converting it into a hotel.
DSH will run it as part of Paramount Hotels. DSH bought Paramount
