Capital markets veteran David Raven has launched a new real estate investment management firm called RE-aim, after leaving Infrared Capital Partners.
Raven’s new boutique venture will offer investment management, asset management and operating partnerships, and advisory services.
Within these, the firm will target a small number of domestic and international investment partner clients to invest in real estate assets, primarily in the UK and selected European cities.
RE-aim also plans to work with existing asset owners and stakeholders to objectively review current business plan strategies, and to help deliver new business plan initiatives where necessary.
Raven spent three years at Infrared, where he was an equity partner and senior member of the European real estate team.
During his time there, he led the launch of InfraRed’s Urban Logistics Income Fund. He also sourced new investments on behalf of its discretionary funds, and created new business initiatives.
Before that, he worked at JLL for around 16 years, latterly as head of retail investment for its operations in Asia.
