Dart Group has sold distribution and logistics business Fowler Welch to Culina Group for £98m.
Fowler Welch, which distributes food, also has a 50% joint venture in fruit ripening and packaging business Integrated Service Solutions, located at its facility in Teynham, Kent.
At the end of March the business had unaudited assets of £60.5m.
The disposal was made so Dart Group could focus on growing its leisure travel business.
