Close to 800,000 sq ft of grade-A development space has been unlocked in Aberdeen following a double acquisition by Dandara.
The developer has bought the listed Triple Kirks site in the city centre and the 40-acre proposed Axcess business park for around £24m.
The properties were acquired from Stewart Milne Group, which is selling to concentrate on its residential business.
Plans for the consented Triple Kirks scheme, renamed The Point, include 72,600 sq ft of linked offices across four blocks. Dandara has re-masterplanned the Axcess business park site to provide between 600,000 and 700,000 sq ft of offices and re-branded it City South (pictured).
