Daejan Holdings has appointed Barnsdales to manage Aycliffe Town Centre in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham.
The Doncaster-based group will oversee facilities management, asset management and lease administration of the 200,000 sq ft centre, which is currently undergoing extensive regeneration.
