Based in Cushman & Wakefield’s Birmingham office, Leedham specialises in lease advisory and valuations. He was previously head of the Midlands, South West and Wales region, a position he has held since 2003.
He will be responsible for driving forward the firm’s regional business, and will report to George Roberts who was recently made the firm’s UK & Ireland head.
