Cushman shuffles regional managing partners in the South

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Sophia Sham as its new regional managing partner for the South West and South Wales.

Having joined the consultancy eight years ago, Sham has most recently served as head of healthcare valuation and advisory at Cushman, providing advice and commercial insight to clients. She will continue her healthcare leadership responsibilities in conjunction with her new role.

Sham takes over from Tim Davis, who has held the position since 2005. He will remain as a senior figure in the firm’s Bristol office, providing strategic advice to clients active in the retail and leisure sector throughout the region.

Jon Leedham, head of UK regional network at Cushman, said: “Having dynamic, forward-thinking regional managing partners is imperative to the ongoing evolution and success of our UK business and will ensure that we continue to inspire our people and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients across the regions.”
