Cushman & Wakefield has advised ceramics supplier Steelite International on a deal to buy its headquarters in Middleport, Stoke-on-Trent.
The 12.7-acre site, which comprises both manufacturing and distribution facilities totalling 473,675 sq ft, changed hands in a £14.4m deal.
