Secure Meters has signed for Cubex and Fiera Real Estate’s Skyline urban logistics scheme in Bristol.
The energy savings specialist has taken a 10-year lease on the 12,141 sq ft Unit 1. The building is rated BREEAM Excellent and EPC A and features EV charging points and photovoltaic panels.
The wider scheme spans 75,000 sq ft across seven facilities ranging from 4,000 to 16,000 sq ft.
The site, located 1.6 miles south of the M4/M5 interchange and five miles north of Bristol city centre, was bought by a fund managed by Fiera Real Estate in an off-market transaction last April.
Neighbouring occupiers include Rolls-Royce, Airbus and GKN.
Christian Wright, investment manager at Cubex, said: “The letting to Secure Meters confirms that occupier sentiment is back on the rise after a tough 2024 across the board. With interest from several strong covenants circling the scheme, we hope to build on the back of this letting and lock in some more quality tenants to what is the leading urban logistics scheme in the southwest over the coming months.”
