Crystal Palace Football Club’s training ground will be sold at auction with a guide of £2m at Allsop Commercial’s 9 July sale.
The newly promoted Premier League club’s training ground is one of 139 lots to be auctioned at the Park Lane Hotel, W1.
The 12.3 acre ground in Beckenham, Kent is leased to Crystal Palace FC until 2018 with a current rent of £200,310 a year. The lot also includes a sports pavilion, clubhouse, gym, workshop, detached garage and bungalow used for administration purposes.
The Allsop Commercial catalogue, which includes 20 lots with a guide price of more than £1m, has a total income in excess of £6m a year. There are seven bank investments and 11 office investments. Some 62 lots are located within London and the South East, while 33 lots will be offered on behalf of receivers.
