Redrow Homes and regeneration specialist Menta have submitted plans to transform a former Bank of America building in Croydon, south London, into a residential scheme.
The pair plan to turn the 120,000 sq ft Galaxy House into a 290-flat development.
The companies said that the scheme would kick-start further regeneration in the area. Subject to consent, work will begin in November, with completion scheduled for spring 2017.
