Croydon appoints head of regeneration

Croydon council has appointed Emma Peters as executive director for planning, regeneration and conservation.

Peters is currently working alongside Sir Bob Kerslake at the soon-to-be launched Homes and Communities Agency, and before that was corporate director of development
