Crest Nicholson has been given the go-ahead for a major mixed-use scheme near Newmarket, Suffolk.
The plans envisage 1,250 homes and 25.9 acres (10.5ha) of commercial space on 136 acres (55ha) of agricultural land at Red Lodge.
