Credit Suisse prelets 46,000 sq ft at central London refurb scheme

Credit Suisse Asset Management has prelet 46,000 sq ft of office space at the Carter, EC4, to global CEO advisory firm Teneo. The Blackfriars office block, at 11 Pilgrim Street, is currently being refurbished to produce 116,000 sq ft of
