With Covid-19 presenting unprecedented challenges, many in real estate are offering their resources to help communities and businesses navigate their way through the crisis.
EG is looking to do the same. Using every one of our channels, we want to help connect landlords and advisers looking to offer support with those that need it most. We are also making our coronavirus-related content free to access, to ensure that everyone who might benefit from our news and advice articles can do so. And we also want to support those working in real estate who have lost their jobs and those small business for whom instructions have dried up.
Below are some of the ways in which are facilitating connections and providing information.
Charities/public sector organisations seeking space or advice
- For the next three months we will run free adverts on behalf of charities and public sector organisations looking for space – from warehouses to hotels and student accommodation – or pro bono advice for NHS workers / patients / food banks or similar. We are offering adverts in print, e-mail and on Propertylink. E-mail martha.callegari@egi.co.uk with your requirements.
- We will also use editorial articles in print and online to promote initiatives. Contact sharon.harnett@egi.co.uk with details.
Individuals and looking for work
- If you are an individual who has lost their job as a result of the crisis we are offering free access to our Find a Service platform. E-mail david.salisbury@egi.co.uk for details.
Magazine subscribers
- If you are unable to access your office print copy for now, update your profile to switch your delivery address temporarily to home. To do so go to https://subscribe.estatesgazette.com/myaccount/estatesgazette/passwordloginandregister/
- If we have an e-mail address for you, we will also send you a digital version of the magazine for free. If you haven’t registered your e-mail address with us, call our customer services team on 0330 333 9411 or e-mail estates.gazette.subs@quadrantsubs.com.
- If you are a bulk subscriber to EG, we are offering additional, free, digital subscriptions for all employees in your company until 20 June 2020. Contact hadar.ali@egi.co.uk for details.
We are planning for these initiatives to be place for the next three months but, like everyone else, we will keep what we offer under constant review.
Please get in touch directly with us if you believe there are other ways in which EG can help.
