Court wins planning for New Garden Square

Court Collaboration has been granted planning consent for 392 build-to-rent homes at New Garden Square, Birmingham. The £93m scheme will be Court’s third BTR development in the city. The developer is in talks with Long Harbour to forward-fund the scheme.
