Countryside will deliver 308 homes on a site in South Kilburn as part of a £160m regeneration scheme.
The UK housebuilder has been selected as preferred development partner, along with housing association Home Group, to deliver the next phase of the scheme.
The Peel development will deliver 40% affordable housing, as well as a health and wellbeing hub, shops and a new market square.
It forms part of the wider South Kilburn regeneration masterplan.
In 2017, Telford Homes was appointed to develop 236 homes on a site in South Kilburn in partnership with Brent Council. The site encompasses the Gloucester House and Durham Court redevelopment and Queen’s Park.
Councillor Shama Tatler, cabinet member for regeneration, highways and planning at Brent Council, said: “The selection of Countryside and Home Group as our preferred development partner for the next phase of this scheme is an important step towards the regeneration of the estate and the council’s commitment to deliver much-needed new homes and facilities in the area.”
