Countryside takes 15-year lease at Warrington’s Gemini Business Park

Countryside Properties has taken 128,944 sq ft of manufacturing, storage and distribution space at NFU Mutual’s Gemini Business Park in Warrington.

The housebuilder agreed a 15-year deal on the space, known as Zodiac, ahead of completion on the site.
