Council has ‘21st century’ vision for Grimsby fish firms

North East Lincolnshire Council wants to move all the fish processing industries housed in Victorian buildings behind the docks in Grimsby to a "21st century" site.

It wants to regenerate the old Victorian wharves as flats and cafes.
