Plans for a four-star hotel at AWG/Broadhall's £100m Celtic Springs business park in Newport, South Wales, were approved this week.
Besides the £11m, 120-bedroom Crowne Plaza hotel, Newport council also gave consent for a 35,000 sq ft speculative office complex
